Refund Policy
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery or collection of the Products. In the case of a split order, this term starts from the day of delivery or collection of the last Product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a withdrawal request to the address info@demaldemilano.com; containing the order number and the items for which the return is requested, and possibly the reason for which it is requested.
Refunds will be processed as soon as Demaldè has completed the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item. The label affixed to the items with the safety cord present on the items being returned must not be cut or broken or the products tampered with in any way. If there are clear signs that the products have been used or damaged by the Customer, the return shipments will be charged to the Customer and the amount of the goods will not be refunded.
If the item presents manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the description on the site, the return shipment will be paid by Demaldè for Italy and paid by the Customer for all other destinations.
Demaldè reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and taking charge of the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises. Demaldè reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or that do not comply with all the conditions set out.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. - The return shipment must take place within 7 days of receiving the authorization from Demaldè only and exclusively via the email address: info@demaldemilano.com. Returns must be sent in the original box to the address that will be communicated via email.
In the event that the Customer does not follow this procedure, the return costs and any liability for loss, theft, damage or delay in delivery will remain the responsibility of the Customer. - The Customer undertakes to return the Products for which he has exercised the right of withdrawal without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he communicated to Demaldè his decision to withdraw from the contract and if the return has been accepted.
The Products must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered. The Customer must therefore ensure that the Products are intact and complete, never used, worn or damaged in any way, and that they are returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all the labels with which they were received. In the event that a Product is provided with a security label, the return of the Product will not be accepted if the original security label has been removed, broken or tampered with. Demaldè will check the packaging and the condition of the individual returned Products, constituting the substantial integrity of the same; essential requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal. - Demaldè reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of those Products which should be damaged, deteriorated, dirty or are in a state such as to suggest, unequivocally, that they have been used for purposes other than strictly necessary checks by the Customer to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the Product purchased.
In case of refusal of the return, Demaldè will send a specific communication to the Customer and will not proceed with the refund of the price paid by the same, also reserving the right to request compensation for any damage attributable to the Customer's conduct. - The refund of the price of the returned Products will be made by Demaldè without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Demaldè became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer. In any case, Demaldè reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received and checked the Product. The aforementioned refund will be made by re- crediting the amount paid by the Customer to be carried out with the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise and on condition that he does not have to incur any costs as a result of the refund. Demaldè will confirm the refund of the price to the Customer by e-mail.
- The return of the Products pursuant to this article is permitted only in relation to purchases made on the Website.
- In consideration of the fact that the Personalized Products are permanently modified and personalized products specifically for the Customer and that their original production cannot in any way be restored, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer for Personalized Products.
- In the event of delivery to countries which require the application of customs duties, the Customer fully assumes the cost even when it cannot be estimated.
