Demaldè ships with the international courier DHL EXPRESS. Delivery times are two working days for Italy and the EU (UK and Switzerland excluded), 48/72h for non-EU countries, Great Britain and Switzerland.

Shipments can be made all over the world unless specifically indicated by the shipper.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday and, except for public holidays, within 24/48 hours.
When the package is entrusted to the courier, an email is sent to the customer with the tracking number in order to follow the status of the shipment. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible for Demaldè to modify it, cancel it or change the delivery address.
